Returns are free and easy! You can return or exchange your order for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase, just follow the steps below.
Exchanges
Please email us at info@shopzenzee.com to let us know and we will coordinate your exchange.
Returns
If you would like a refund, email us at info@shopzenzee.com within 10 days of your purchase and we will coordinate your exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt in our warehouse for us to process your return credit to the original form of payment. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise.
